This year we are especially proud to announce our developments with our longtime partner, the European Sponsorship Association. With the continued partnership we intend to raise the credibility of SPORTO Awards, broaden ESA’s “Best of Europe” Award and help to grow the sponsorship knowledge in Europe.

Entries in all SPORTO Awards categories will be reviewed and evaluated according to predefined criteria in close cooperation with European Sponsorship Association (ESA), by an international expert Judging Panel chaired by an ESA representatives.

Our national partner in Slovenia is still Slovenian Marketing Association with whom we co-presented the awards for the last 5 years. 

European Sponsorship Association organizes ESA Excellence Awards. These are the only awards which recognize excellence within the sponsorship industry across Europe and are the perfect showcase for best in class campaigns that cover the entire spectrum of sponsorship disciplines – sport, culture, entertainment, media, community and corporate responsibility. All entrants based outside the UK can claim a 50 % discount on the entry fee. For the last five years, winners of the SPORTO Sponsorship Award in each country of SEE get a “wild card” for the ESA Excellence Best of Europe Award. This category is one of many in the ESA competition, but yet the most prestigious. Entry to this category is possible only by invitation or by winning the mentioned category at SPORTO Awards competition.
