Olivera built her career in the biggest advertising agencies in Serbia (McCann, Leo Burnett, Ovation BBDO), in the most important multinational beer companies operating in Serbia (Apatin Brewery then member of ABI, Heineken Serbia) and in the leading meat industry – Carnex.
